I'm a certified personal trainer, group fitness instructor, and your soon-to-be workout hype girl!
Fitness has been a part of my life for as long as I can remember -but it became my true calling the moment I clipped into a spin bike. After one class I was hooked. I was fresh out of school and really missing playing sports and being in a team environment. Group fitness helped me through a time of navigating big life changes. One class led me to eventually getting my spin certification.. and then barre, strength, and becoming an ACE certified personal trainer.
I still remember how inspired I felt watching fitness instructors lead the room with confidence and energy-and now, I get to be that person for others. My mission is to help you build a balanced lifestyle that actually works for you- one that includes movement, strength, consistency, and yeah, a little fun too.
Whether you're joining me in a class, streaming a workout from my on-demand library, or working out one-on-one with me, my goal is simple: help you feel strong, confident, and empowered to life your best life- on and off the mat.
For me, fitness has always been so much more than just breaking a sweat or chasing physical goals. It's been my way through some of life's toughest seasons. Moving my body helped me clear my mind, rebuild my confidence, and reconnect with myself when I felt lost. That's why I'm so passionate about sharing it with others. I want to help people discover how powerful movement can be, not just for your body, but for your mind and your spirit.

Melanie Barker
Group Fitness Instructor
I began figure skating at the age of 4, and continue to be involved in the sport as a coach to this day. Physical activity is a passion I developed through my involvement in sport, and I love to be able to share my passion with others.
I love to be outdoors participating in many different leisure activities like hiking, kayaking, snowshoeing and skiing. Working out and developing healthy habits are not just about looking good on the outside, but about feeling good on the inside. There is never a bad day at the gym, and I'm looking forward to many good days helping you achieve your fitness goals.

Robin Peterson
Yoga Instructor
Robin has been a certified yoga instructor with her 200 YTT since 2019. She primarily taught Vinyasa and Yin in Northern BC before moving to Sparwood for new adventures. When she's not on the mat she loves hiking, sledding, snowboarding, and enjoying all the outdoor activities this beautiful area has to offer. Join Robin for Vinyasa Thursdays at 6:45pm.
Chelsea Harder
Pilates Instructor
Chelsea was born and raised in Lethbridge Alberta. She moved to the mountains as soon as she could, because they were of course, calling. Chelsea has worked in the mining industry for over eight years and enjoys the freedom of life the Elk Valley provides. She grew up playing team sports, particularly volleyball. Her love for fitness has extended into adulthood and she recently became a certified mat Pilates instructor with the International Sports Science Association (ISSA). Her interests in core strength and functional movement play a role in her every-day life, whether she’s hiking or horseback riding she understands the importance of physical strength in staying healthy. Chelsea looks forward to sharing her excitement for health and fitness with you and hopes that you find her workouts rewarding.
