Barre

Our signature Barre classes combine elements of ballet, pilates and cardio to create a full-body workout. This low-impact, high-energy class focuses on strengthening and toning your muscles while improving flexibility and posture. We move to the beat of the music and have so much FUN. We recommend wearing shoes or going barefoot. Please bring your own yoga mat. Join us in person or book an on demand class! 

Strength

Our strength classes are designed to build muscle, increase endurance and improve overall functional strength through resistance training. These classes are designed to challenge participants of all fitness levels. Using a variety of equipment, such as free weights, resistance bands, kettlebells, and bodyweight exercises. Modifications are always available. Athletic sneakers are recommended. Please bring your own yoga mat. Join us in person or book an on demand class!


Sculpt

Our signature sculpt class combines elements of pilates and yoga. Most of this class is spent on the mat with an emphasis on building core strength. These classes are designed to tone, tighten, and define. We use a combination of bodyweight exercises, light to moderate weights, resistance bands and more. Participants can expect a challenging yet accessible routine with modifications available. Please bring your own yoga mat. We recommend athletic sneakers or going barefoot. HIIT

High intensity interval training! These classes are designed to push your limits and get your heart rate up. These fast-paced, heart-pumping workouts combine short bursts of exercises with brief periods of rest. We'll challenge your strength, speed and endurance and build your cardiovascular fitness in an effective way. Move at your own pace, modifications are always available. Please wear athletic sneakers and bring a yoga mat. Join us in person or book an on demand class!

Stretch

As much as we love our workouts, rest is just as important. Wind down and give your body some love with our on demand stretch classes. In these classes we focus on deep stretches, mindfulness, and breath work. Take time to slow down, your body and mind deserves it.
